Can you vassalize the livonian order jn one war

Hi! I'm playing a multy with some friends of mine and I use Muscovy. I have some questions:
- what should a good third idea? I picked religious and I think that my second idea will be defensive. Maybe expansion? Or economic?
- I annexed all Novgorod lands and integrated Pskov, what should be my next expansion target? Vassalize Livonian Order is a good idea? Can I vassalize it in a single war?
As alternative Perm, my vassal, has a core in Kazan land, so the other target may be hordes land, what do you think?

I always take Quantity ideas with Russia to essentially give them an unlimited manpower reserve. My First idea is typically religious or Humanism and second idea would be Quantity followed by Economic and then Defensive. Good job taking out Novgorod that is always necessary and then you want to diplo annex the rest of your vassals. Your next target to some kind of extent even if it is just to secure your eastern borders should be the horde nations. Once secure there you can try to expand into Western Europe. If you take expansion ideas you can ignore the west altogether and just massively blob to the east into Siberia and eventually Asia.

Thank for the tip, are you sure that quantity is a good second? I usually pick Ideas which synergize with national ideas, so I'll surely pick quantity during the game, but at the start it seems that Russian economy isn't capable to support hundreds of force limit. So I think I could try defensive then economy (reduced land maintenace in prevision of quantity). But I have to pick expansion for extending influence in Siberia and in the East, so expansion should be the fourth idea group? And fifth quantity. So much diplomatic ideas xD

I tend not to mess with horde early, because their military units are extremely strong, so I focus my attention on the west by vassalizing LO. And yes, I was able to vassalize LO in one war as Muscovy. I also vassalize TO, because Poland and Pomerania wreck them down to 2 province. After I got TO, I use their reconquest cb to get their cores back. Once you diplo annex TO, you get a free westernization decision with Danzig in your hands.

For your second idea, I think you can only get diplo or military idea because you already got admin for your first idea. I’ll go for Influence for the reduce AE and diplo annex cost for LO and TO. Or if you want to expand fast in Siberia, then pick Exploration for the extra colonists, and then go for Expansion for your third idea because Expansion is an admin idea.

Yeah, I underrated horde shock bonus in another Russia try and they can be difficult to beat if you engage in the wrong terrain. If I can vassalize Livonian Knights in a single war I go with this strategy, so I can reduce Poland-Lithuania expansion. Also I annexed two of my vassals and I miss my subject states swarm :D
